With years of experience, we have encountered many different metal materials and produced sintered wire mesh and metal filter elements with them.
AISI 304 (304L) EN 1.4301 (1.4306) stainless steel
AISI 304 series is the economical solution of wire mesh and other metal filter media for mild daily life corrosion. 304L stainless steel is with less carbon content and better resistant to pitting corrosion than 304 material.
AISI 316L (316) EN 1.4404 (1.4401) stainless steel.
AISI 316L is the mostly used and best balance of corrosion resistance and price, for most industrial applications. 316L stainless steel is with less carbon content and better resistant to pitting corrosion than 316 material.

Metal material for metal filter
AISI 310 EN 1.4841 heat resistant stainless steel
AISI 310 is the top heat resistant stainless steel and can be used in filtration of hot air up to 800 degree Celsius.
AISI 904L EN 1.4539 stainless steel
AISI 904L with additional Cu element content, is a outstanding stainless steel with resistance to phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid. Some marine and ocean applications may use AISI 904L for the high salt seawater environment.
Monel 400 EN 2.4360 nickel based alloy
Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy with good corrosion resistance to various conditions. It is resistant to stress cracking in chloride environment and has high strength over a wide temperature range. It is widely used in marine and chemical processing applications.
Inconel 625 EN 2.4856 nickel based alloy
Inconel 625 has outstanding resistance against various extremely corrosive environment and oxidization under high temperature. Marine, chemical processing, nuclear applications may need this material.
Hastelloy C276 EN 2.4819 nickel based alloy
Hastelloy C276 is corrosion resistant to most of the chemicals in both oxidizing and reducing environment. It is one of the premier material for chemical processing applications.
Hastelloy C22 EN 2.4602 nickel based alloy
Hastelloy C22 is deemed as the upgrade of C276 and has overall better corrosion resistance.
Duplex 2205 EN 1.4462 stainless steel
2205 medium alloy duplex stainless steel has superior resistance against pitting and crevice corrosion than 316L in most corrosive environment, especially chloride media. Marine and chloride related chemical process may need 2205.
Duplex 2507 EN 1.4410 stainless steel
2507 high alloy duplex stainless steel has better corrosion resistant and strength than 2205, due to the higher alloy content. It is widely used in offshore oil & gas, marine, chemical processing applications.
FeCrAl EN 1.4767 heat resistant alloy
FeCrAl is the material which can withstand working temperature higher than1000 degree Celsius. FeCrAl is often in form of sintered metal fiber felt and used in extremely high temperature filtration application.
